Our membership model challenges the traditional dental model and allows us to spend more time together – focusing on the fullness of your health, as well as specific needs and working toward a lifestyle of prevention and wellness rather than just treating illness.
In this model, we provide our patients a standard of care beyond what is typically found in the traditional setting. We limit the number of patients in our practice and offer greater access, creating the time needed to provide highly personalized and accessible care, leading to improved health outcomes for you.
Membership-based and patient-centric means you pay a direct annual fee for comprehensive care, bypassing traditional insurance hassles.

Dental Exam
Highly personalized, the Langellier Dental Exam prioritizes patient comfort, privacy, and extended, one-on-one time with the Dr. Eric, and tailored treatment planning.
Oral DNA
The Oral DNA test is used to identify specific harmful bacteria, pathogens (like HPV), and genetic markers in the mouth, allowing us to create customized treatments, especially for you.
Cleanings
We share your ultimate goal of preserving your teeth for the rest of your life. Your membership includes two/year, and the entire teeth cleaning takes between 45 and 60 minutes.
Vitamin D Test +
Cancer Screening
Vitamin D testing assess your risk for periodontal disease, poor bone healing, or dental implant failure. Layered with Cancer Screening provides detect early signs of cancer in the mouth, tongue, and throat
X-Rays + CBCT Imaging
X-Rays, paired with 3D, high-definition views of your teeth, jaws, and nerve pathways, significantly improves our diagnostic accuracy compared to traditional X-rays alone.
Emergency Care
You never know when a crack, break, or losing a crown will happen. Membership includes an emergency visit at Langellier Dental every year.
